"I was initially disappointed by the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, as well as the odor. However, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding. Their excellent service made my 5-night stay enjoyable. I would kindly suggest improving the cleanliness standards, as this would greatly enhance the overall guest experience."

"Missed water in the room
It’s getting a bit dated as well but still very clean and comfy - update phone and lap top charging options"
