"We stayed 7 nights here and housekeeping staff were very nice. We didnt felt the front desk staffs weren't too nice or willing to help when we checked in and whole time we stayed. Hotel is clean but everything is dated and especially the shower and the bathroom. "

"From arriving to leaving the staff where very attentive very polite nothing was a problem can not fault the staff or hotel as a whole a 2min walk from the bustle of the night market and a 15min taxi ride to the main shopping area (central festival) the food in the hotel restaurant was very nice and reasonably priced would highly recommend staying here 5star experience "

"This hotel is absolutely stunning and the pool is absolutely amazing.! Big rooms, big beds and big bathrooms. You also get complimentary soft drinks and coffee pods and a mini fruit platter upon checking in. Highly recommend this place. Will be back again!"

"This is a nice and quiet stay in chiang mai, our room was lovely. However there were several minor details that my partner and I found irritating. For one, it was raining a bunch during our stay and the hotel is indoor/outdoor style with extremely slippery tiles. It was difficult to walk to our suite. Also, the staff is over attentive.
