"Warning I would not use this hotel while construction works are being carried out The room itself was lovely clean and tidy but the noise from construction works on hotel made it impossible to sleep between 1-5pm and after 9am"

"The property is well maintained and the staff are polite and helpful, however we booked a room for 4 people (two adults and an 11 and 9 year old) and arrived to discover the twin room booked for our group contained two single beds. We ended up spending another £30 on an additional bed for the night. At breakfast we were told only two of our party were covered and had to argue that we’d booked a room for four so should all be included. I’m not sure if this is a hotels.com issue or the hotel/properties. If booking for a family be aware that you may find you incur significant additional charges. The pool are was very well kept and quiet. The breakfast wasn’t great so I’m very glad we didn’t pay extra for two of us to have it."
