"Slightly frustrating that almost every morning for the breakfast buffet there was no one at the desk to take your room card and check you in, and always had to go looking to have someone get someone to attend to the omelette station "

"The hotel has a charm about it that some would call dated, it all comes down to personal taste, I like the traditional aesthetic. The staff faultless, helpful and friendly. Many thanks to Mr. Tan on the concierge for helping me take apart a brush to fit in my suitcase, outside his remit, but he was only to happy to help. Housekeeping discreet and efficient and we made full use of the complimentary shuttle boat service. Would I stay again 100% yes. Thanks for making our stay relaxing and comfortable. "
