"Beautiful grounds in the weather was beautiful in July as well. They had fans to help with the heat hotel staff are friendly and courteous. I wish the pool was open later than 8 PM. The hotel rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were clean and mine had a unbelievable view of the mountains kids able to rent an E-bike to ride up to Eagles Nest. The breakfast was wonderful and we enjoyed our 4 days there. Shopping and restaurants just in walking distance. What a beautiful hotel, we will be back :)"

"Overall the hotel was clean, the the sofa it our room was worn and dirty. There was no AC but a fan was provided. Breakfast was good. The breakfast staff knew who we were as soon as my husband mentioned his food allergy and they were very accommodating. Finding the parking garage was a bit tricky the first night as it was dark and we were told it was behind the building next door. It was not. It was next door , but the entrance was at the front."

"The hotel was great, as usual, especially the breakfast. Just one thing - I used to be able to charge my rental electric car in the parking garage. This was not possible due to technical issues. The charging station was out of order, with no information as to when this would be fixed. Please fix asap. Thanks, Mike Koehler "

"Stayed 2 nights. The bed was a little soft for my liking, but worked well. Breakfast was amazing, the view of the lake and surrounding area was fantastic. We walked to the ferry terminal which is about 1k (1/2 m) away. 4-5 dining options were also available near the terminal. The hot tub is outside the pool area, everything is very well kept. "

"Our greatest disappointment was that this hotel was described as being air conditioned. We know from experience that the weather would be warm in the area in July, so it was a primary basis for our selection. We were passing through and not really there for the spa or amenities, which were fair compared to American standards but probably above average for German standards."

"The newly refreshed facilities felt very clean and modern. The breakfast was exceptional. We enjoyed the sparkling wine and fresh raspberries. The place was worth every euro."
