The room was really nice - but the room Was very cold and no one could help us turn on the heat. They finally brought us an extra blanket and we hung the provided bathrobes on the towel heater to warm up. However - the complimentary breakfast was one of the best I’ve had.

Really great!

Totally warm and lovely place. Lot of attention and care from the hotel staff, got free room upgrade, was helped with transportation to and from train station. Great interior, great atmosphere.

I recently stayed at Garden hHotel Reinhart, and I have to say that I was a bit disappointed with my experience. While the hotel had some positive qualities, overall I would rate it as average and not up to the standards of a four-star property. On the positive side, the location of the hotel was convenient, and the grounds were well-maintained and beautiful. However, the quality of the rooms themselves left something to be desired. Overall, while our stay at Garden Hotel Reinhart was not terrible, it did not live up to our expectations for a four-star property. With some updates and improvements to the rooms and a focus on providing consistently excellent service, this hotel could be a great choice for travelers.

Tolle Lage! Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten am Schiffsanleger und an der Uferpromenade. Zudem ist jedem Zimmer ein Parkplatz garantiert. Auch der Service ist spitze - beim Abendessen wird man sogar mit Namen angesprochen. Solche Kleinigkeiten sind heutzutage kaum noch zu finden und runden das Gesamtbild auf jeden Fall sehr positiv ab! Einziger Negativpunkt: das Zimmer war doch schon seeehr in die Jahre gekommen, auch wenn es sehr gepflegt und größtenteils sehr sauber ist. Die Matratze ist allerdings schon so durchgelegen, dass ich regelrecht in eine Mulde gekullert bin. Nichtsdestotrotz: Preis/Leistung absolut passend. Würde das Hotel sicher weiterempfehlen!

Am Anreisetag erhielten wir ein upgrade auf die Junior Suite. Das hat uns sehr gefreut und uns über die Enttäuschung hinweggeholfen, dass unser Zimmer nicht zur Gartenseite gerichtet war. Alles andere hat uns prima gefallen. Das Frühstück empfanden wir als sehr hochwertig.

Ich belegte für eine Woche in der Nebensaison ein sehr geräumiges Einzelzimmer. Das Hotel hat eine überschaubare Größe und ist sehr ruhig und schön gelegen, direkt am See. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und für Fragen jederzeit offen und erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet (bis 10.30 Uhr) war sehr reichhaltig und umfasste verschiedene Brotwaren, Kuchen, Müslizutaten, Obst(salat), Säfte, Gemüse, Fisch, Obazda, etc. Der Wellnessbereich mit tollem Ausblick ist täglich von 8-21 Uhr geöffnet, ist äußerst gemütlich eingerichtet und von den Temperaturen ist es sehr warm dort. Die Zeit im Hotel war ideal um zu entspannen, vielen Dank!
