The only problem is they have this ridiculous policy where people can check out 24 hours after they check in. That's great for the people checking out but horrible for people trying to check in!!! Expedia states that check in is after 2:00pm and check out before 11:00am. We arrived around 2pm and couldn't check in to our room for hours. I can't blame the staff for following the hotels insane policy. Guests...

"I travel to Korat often and like this hotel the best. The staff is professional and attentive, food in restaurant is very good. I like their business center with a desk top computer and printer. The pool and hot tub are nice, they have a steam room and sauna in the locker room. "
