お風呂のお湯が充分に使えない！

浴槽はあるのに、お湯が一定量使うと水しか出なくなり、浴槽を満たす事ができない。シャワーも水だけとなる。 最低でした。

Excellent overnight stay...

Excellently amazing one night stopover stay. Very nice, well kept property with friendly, accommodating, and efficient staff. Service and assistance for my wife and I, both handicapped, was beyond superb. Dinner and breakfast in restaurant was very well prepared and quite delicious. Views overlooking the golf course are excellent from all points of view. The resort is very well laid out and provides a quiet, peaceful atmosphere for all it's guests. For example, the Indonesian Ambassador to Thailand and his large party where staying at the resort while we were there, but the resort is so well designed and laid out, that we thought we were the only guests staying there, much less the large party of the ambassador. Only one drawback to the resort. Because of it's being well off the highway, and not having any shops available for food, snacks, souvenirs, etc., nearby or on the property, except the Golf Pro Shop, I had suggested to the manager that they consider something in the future that could accommodate those of us that want or need something like those facilities in addition to the golf shop. They indicated they are looking into this shortcoming, and hope to add them in the future.

ホテルの設備内容には満足ですが、ホテルの付属ゴルフコースの芝が枯れていて残念（グリーンも所どころはげていた）数か月あまり雨だ降っていなかったそうです。 スタッフはフレンドリーで良かった。 レストランはエアコンルームが1室（VIPルーム？）空いていたので昼食時入れてくれた(感謝）。 総合的には大変良かった。 ファミリールームに宿泊したが付属プールは素晴らし雰囲気を演出している。

ไปร่วมกิจกรรมปั่นจักรยานที่จัดที่โรงแรม เลยเข้าพักที่โรงแรม แต่เกิดทำกุญแจรถหาย เอารถยนต์และจักรยานกลับกรุงเทพก็ไม่ได้ ขอความช่วยเหลือ GM ท่านบอกแค่ว่า ไม่มีนโยบาย หากจะฝากรถจักรยาน ก็ให้เอาไปจอดพิงป้อมยามเอาไว้ นั่นทำให้ผมซึ้งใจและรู้ถึงระดับคุณภาพในการให้บริการอย่างมากว่าต่ำมากๆๆๆๆๆๆๆ แต่ในวิกฤติ มีเจ้าหน้าที่อีก 2 ท่าน แสดงน้ำใจแบบที่เรียกได้ว่า ซื้อใจแขกคนนึงได้เลย ช่วยอำนวยความสะดวก รับฝาก ดูแลทั้งรถยนต์และจักรยานที่ฝากที่โรงแรมไว้อย่างดี อีกวันที่ไปเอารถ ก็มีน้ำใจออกมารับที่ถนนใหญ่ พามาส่งถึงที่ บอกชื่อเลยว่าชื่อพี่โตโต้ กะน้องเรียว 2 ท่านนี้ Service mind สุดยอด หากจะกลับไปก็เพราะ 2 ท่านนี้แหละครับ

Golf Wonderland

Good hotel and fantastic golf course. One of the best I have played in Thailand. The hotel facilities are getting a little run down (I assume due to lack of guests) but they still provide everything I wanted. The room was well fitted out and the swimming pool good (even though the bar was not open). The restaurant was good, food quality great although variety not huge (again low season, lack of guests). The staff were very attentive and helpful. I did not have time to leave the resort but I would think it would be best to have a car if you intended to leave the resort. Overall I would thoroughly recommend this resort to any golfers looking for a challenging and fantastic golf experience.
