"I was absolutely overwhelmed by the service, friendliness and professional conduct of the staff. Room was clean and spacious and the bed very comfortable. Enjoyed my supper in the hotel restaurant and had the most pleasant and informative conversation with the hotel security while waiting on the airport shuttle to pick me up - I wanted to walk and then the rain came down and with in seconds the security guard, porter and reception staff convinced me that I will get very wet.
