"Booked this hotel at the last minute so wasn't quite sure what to expect. First of all a young man attended to us. He does not have the manners to be meeting and greeting clients. He showed us to our room in which we got no key. We then asked for one and it was given to only have the lock not working. They then fixed it and the key broke in the lock. We didnt get another after that. We were able to lock from the inside but not the outside. The room needs to be better maintained. Mattress was very dirty under the sheet that was put on the bed. We asked for more bed clothes and received a duvet with no cover. Sorry but i dont know who else has used that duvet. Handles all rusty going into the bathroom with no door on the closet. Bath tub needs to be fixed and the water is dirty. The room had a lot of bugs and it seemed that the rooms opposite us had no one staying in them and the doors were left open so maybe thats why bugs get in. The blinds on the doors are filthy. Wouldn't go back again. The whole place just lacks attention and care. It has such great potential but not being maintained is a big no for me. "

"We booked a camping pod (koza) and a karavan and our experience was utterly disappointing. The facilities are in a bad condition, very old &dirty. Around the caravan pod there were beer bottles and plastic rubbish, public showers don't have locked doors but instead they have curtains like a changing room?! The curtain in our room was dirty and ripped off. The beach was full of rubbish, we struggled to find a spot to sit forget about enjoying the sand. As we couldn't use the beach we decided to check their pool and were told to pay 500TL (about £9) per person for a small pool. 1/5 staff we have spoken was friendly.The bedseets were relatively clean. The view from the camping pods is amazing! It is sad how horribly this place is neglected and looked after. I am used to camping and did not go to this place with 5star hotel expectations but this was beyond anything I experienced before. Please clean this place and improve the facilities. "

"Lovely hotel with a cafe and a pool. Short drive to town and restaurants. Parking is slim but manageable. Cafe restaurant staff is excellent. Room had a nice view of the city and the water."

Hafızamda kar gibi beyaz havlu ve çarşaflar kalacak. Yatak son derece rahat. Kaldığımız oda biraz küçüktü ama yeterli. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve lezzetli. En güzeli de yakındaki plaj hizmetlerinden ücretsiz yararlanılıyor. Otel ücreti kadar avantaj sağlıyor. "
