"Staff were stunning from the valet people, the bell boy, the welcome staff, the reception staff, the staff in the restaurant to the ones who sorted room service, all were super. A fantastic staff, just awesome! The hotel itself is beautiful, very very clean and modern with all the amenities you could need. Love the refreshments in the room, particularly the decaf coffee which is a rarity and something I really appreciate. An abundance of beach chairs as well as rest areas, lots of clean towels and great music. The restaurant is really good with a great choice at reasonable prices. Food was yummy too. Thank you for a wonderful stay. ! "

The staffs are always ready to serve, with much enthusiasm even though some of them were working the night before. It was truly an amazing stay, made special by the staffs. Kudos to Ritz.
