"Gute Lage…10min zu Fuß zu Mall und U Bahn, Maglev mit Taxi/Didi 20min und große Zimmer."

"!!! So difficult to contact staff via message to call Free shuttle bus from Airport and Disneyland. Room is good!! Clean and Free laundry at hotel."

"The shower had an overwhelming sewage smell. Not sulphur…actual sewage. The AC did not work because the hotel’s power is governed by the Pudong Airport, so we’re unable to adjust the temp in the room. I would not stay here again."

"Map is not the right location… it take time to find the hotel. "

"Hotel is very nice. Staff are very polite and helpful. Very good location. Some rooms don’t have windows. Avoid the breakfast as it is brought to your room and a very limited choice. Better off going to Starbucks that is just 20 metres away. Excellent values for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Really got nothing to complain about. The area was bustling with new amenities, quieter from the bund area. Even though travelling around will take some time but its ok for a relaxing stay."

"Location is perfect for who attend Shanghai Expo because in between Town and Expo 30min cover all area trip."

"ห้องพักไม่มีเตียง kigsize ทั้งๆที่ตอนจองเลือกแล้ว Location ใน expedia ผิดทำให้เดินหลงเป็นระยะทางเกือบ 1 กม. ทั้งๆที่จริงๆแล้ว ที่พักใกล้กับรถไฟฟ้าเพียง 500 เมตร"

"Very comfortable hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, including taking my luggage to the room and checking me in early with no issue, it was much appreciated! Room was large and a great space, the bed was very comfortable and I had excellent sleep, rooms also seemed to be soundproof, I didn’t hear neighbours at all. The shuttle bus to/from the hotel gate to the lobby was convenient, but I mostly walked as it didn’t take long. Being walking distance to Disneyland was incredibly convenient,...

"Our stay at the Thompson Shanghai was generally very comfortable. The room was spacious, modern, and the beds were very comfortable. However, considering the relatively high room rate, we were quite disappointed that breakfast was not included. At this price level, we expected breakfast to be part of the stay, so this was the main downside for us."

"Very good value for money. Included the airport shuttle. We did have a room next to the road which was noisy at times, however we were only staying for the day before going to the airport. No issues at all, and the security officer was very helpful with our bags and getting us checked in etc."

"Water for drink, the hotel is open 24hrs for guest can drink it any time."

"The Disney shuttle and airport shuttle were quite useful. The breakfast each morning was freshly made and the little restaurant and shop provided some useful items."

"The location is very convenient for the event at SNIEC for overseas travellers because you can just get on the metro line #2 and get off the train at Shanghai Science and Tech Museum. No need to switch lines!"
