"Room was very warm in the attic. Windows didn't open
We had to wedge the door open to get air from the corridor. Bathroom not very clean, needs regrouting. Towels were nice, thick and soft. Breakfast was lovely. Staff in restaurant and bar friendly."

"Breakfast was good, but the black lady at breakfast was extremely rude to our family. She said and I quote "your kids need to wear clothes to breakfast and they will not be allowed tomorrow to have breakfast if they don't wear clothes" to make things clear, my children were wearing onsies and she had an issue with it. The next day another lady was doing the job and she was lovely to us. The funny thing was that we spotted a huge American group of girls who were ALL wearing pyjamas and nobody...

"Location is in city center. Overall condition is not a good as I saw on picture. Elevator is not working so we had to carry luggage to our room (staff did say they can help). The carpet in public area is old and has smell. Room is ok but noise isolation is poor. Car park is small and £10 overnight. Staff is polite. Breakfast is good."

" The property was advertised as offering free parking. At check-in, we were asked to provide our car registration number for the duration of our stay, which we did in good faith.
However, a week later we received a parking fine for using the hotel car park. When we contacted Holiday Inn, they advised that they were unable to assist and that we would need to appeal directly to the parking company, providing proof of our stay. We have submitted this appeal and are currently awaiting a...

"Centrally located which is very handy and good balcony view. City noise as to expected. Comfy and big bed and lots of lights and spare plugs. I like the independence and and also concierge if needed. Checking out as late as 11am was a luxury. "
