"Situated in the heart of London visiting the tourist attractions were a 15 minute walk and were easily accessible. Location ,location , location. Would have given a 5 rating if breakfast was included."

"Just stayed at the Ruby Lucy for 2 nights and we wish we stayed here for more of our London trip. This place is super cute, edgy, and in an excellent area where we felt safe and close to a lot of attractions. The customer service was prompt and friendly. "This pod was great for a short stay and in a great location. to walk to the Southbank. Only downside is that we didn't receive the check in information until an hour later than the check in time which was a tad frustrating. "

"The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us staying. I hadn't realised that the biggest bedroom also had an en-suite so that was a nice bonus. The only - very slight - downside was the lack of air conditioning. We visited during an unseasonably warm spell in October 2023 so it was a bit too hot at night but I would still stay again despite this. Oh, and the TV channels didn't work very well so we couldn't watch the rugby as we were getting ready to go out. That was the only time we tried...

"Communication with the team was excellent from booking to post departure - property was exactly what we needed, 2 adults and 2 young children (7&4) - property is a very short walk from Vauxhall over & underground from which the city is easily accessible. Tesco express closeby too for a wee coffee fix early doors too and any other goods you may need - in summary - would I book again? Yes, without doubt!"

"The apartment is in a great location, very close to the tube station and a range of shops/restaurants. Decorated very nicely, modern and tasteful. Bed was super comfy. The only thing that lets this place down is the cleanliness. The floor had not been swept or mopped - there was dirt all over it. The bed sheets were very stained/didn't look fresh. There was a random piece of loose sticky tape just laying at the end of the bed. The tiles behind the tap in the bathroom had toothpaste splattered on...

"Amazing space - massive open living, dining and relaxing area with huge kitchen and pool table, which was perfect for our group. Really well planned space and entire property was spotlessly clean, tidy and well-kitted out with everything we needed. This is a really fun space to stay with quirky art, pool table, and lots of seating and relaxing areas. The en-suite and main bathrooms are good sizes and the main bathroom had double sinks which was really handy when a few people getting ready...
