"Fab hotel, rooms are spacious and beds comfy. Lovely bar area and staff were excellent as well as the reception staff. Great location. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. My only criticism is I feel that the orange juice is watered down which makes it taste a bit naff. We didn’t get the chance to use the spa but we will definitely stay again and make sure we make time to use the spa facilities. Would highly recommend."

"Room was great… but finding the location and check in process was a complete nightmare. I was told that I should have received an email with check in information before I arrived, I did not received this and no information on the Hotels.com booking that told me I needed to do this. There is nothing on the building door that says you are at Charles Hope apartments. If you follow the directions from hotel.com they are wrong. If you look up Charles hope on google this is wrong. The reception desk can’t check you in as they don’t work for Charles Hope. Unless you have stayed here before and no where it is, I would avoid! "
