"Leider war das Zimmer nicht so wie gewohnt, ich vergleich zum Vorjahr ein downgrad. Keine Aussicht von der Terrasse und sehr dunkel. Hätten wir so nicht erwartet."

"Can't fault the hotel at all.
Modern rooms.
Extremely clean.
Spacious.
It is not a "party" hotel, so if that's what you're after this is probably not the hotel for you."

"Love staying at the isla Mallorca, no rush for sun beds and it’s nice and chilled. Good gym, but wish it opened earlier and upper terrace with small plunge pool. Larger pool below, all well maintained. Nice pool bar, drinks and food great. Rooms modern and well kept."

"When we arrive we were shocked of the sea view at the reception desk, just wowww!
Antonio (duty manager at that moment when we arrive) was super friendly, giving us lot of information what to do and where to eat, very nice person that make our stay more unic. The room was beautiful with nice balcony with sea view. We spent the first day at the property using the 2 outdoor pools and the restaurant for lunch and dinner, super nice.
Breakfast was unbelievably nice, never saw before such a selection...

"The property was clean, modern, and well-maintained, especially compared to other accommodations we were considering before our trip. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, with the breakfast team providing particularly attentive service each morning.
We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time. One detail that stood out was how the hotel handled our request for a room on a higher floor. Although one was not available upon arrival, the staff later contacted us...

"Zum zweiten Mal hier gewesen und wieder nicht enttäuscht. Gute Lage, saubere Zimmer und ein gutes Frühstück. Das Personal war freundlich und der Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr angenehm. Gerne wieder!"
