"We had a nice stay. It’s about 2 blocks to the beach. There is no lift and it’s 3 stories high! Rooms aren’t too big. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great!! Paul is a great cook! We did have a problem locating the place. We also got there late and Paul wasn’t too happy, but the next morning he was ok. Pictures on the web are accurate. Great place for young and young at heart couples to stay "

"Expectations were high with a score of 9.2 but I was disappointed. Room a bit pokey, very odd matress & bedding, terrible shower. Decor throughout a bit tired. Residents bar very limited and nothing on draught. Breakfast was ok. On the plus side, staff were all very nice, location is quiet with a nice park opposite and there's enough parking. I'd stay again if in Girvan but can't say I'd look forward to it."

"The room we stayed in was excellent more like a suite than bedroom. Really soacious with sofa and easy chairs as well as a window seat. There was a Kingsize bed, mattress a little too firm for our liking. Two tvs one at each end of the room. The bathroom was luxurious and large. We had breakfast each day at the hotel Nd there was a good choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. The daily housekeeping was faultless. Would definitely stay here again."

"Comfortable apartment overall well maintained. Parking good. Close to Turnberry hotel, 8-10 min walk. Kitchen appliances suited our needs. Heating worked well. Bathroom facilities worked for us. En-suite shower thermostat was temperamental. Visited Culzean, Turnberry hotel for spa and afternoon tea. Local pub/restaurants such as Souter’s, Wildings, Balkenna, Anchorage in Dunure, Saffy’s and Wellingtons in Ayr. Coop in Maybole and Asda in Girvan useful for provisions. "Nice 2 day birthday break for my partner, hotel was spotlessly clean, rooms were well equipped, although a smart tv would have gave it 5 stars instead of 4, bed was exceptionally comfortable & massive, food was great but slightly overpriced we thought, the SPA suite wasn't the best but relaxing, SPA treatments were way overpriced for what was on offer, but we enjoyed our stay "
