"We arrived for a four night stay before boarding a ship for a cruise. We found it very clean and friendly. Everyone was wanting to help with everything. The hotel was amazing. However we found the coffee shop attached for breakfast very bland and no variety for the Aussie traveller. "

"Alittle off the beaten path but traveling is so easy with the station at the end of the block. Absolutely beautiful room and service, "

"The hotel room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. There were convenient stores and restaurants close by. The only drawback was we had to walk two blocks with our luggage to catch a taxi as there was no where a taxi could stop in front of the hotel."

"Everything about our stay was well taken care of - the staff was helpful and so courteous. The rooms were nicer than expected. The breakfast buffet had so many offerings, especially the specialty coffee machine. Having the beautiful, expansive view out over the river as well as the pleasant walking path. It was also nice to have the restaurant as an option for dinner after a busy day of travel. Thank you!"

"The front desk staff were so incredibly helpful they called ahead to verify my next hotel reservations for me and called my cab for me and told me how much the cab trip would cost. Impressed and fair English and very helpful!!!"

"The room is about the size of a bedroom so just keep that in mind but it’s laid out very well, great service and location for the price. This is attached to a 7-eleven and across the lane from a Lawson and a family mart so you’re set there and walk a few minutes to a big shopping area "

"No "real" people around to talk to.On checkin you are instructed to "talk" to a robot.Issues arose when putting in name...as doesn't say surname or full name to be entered.After putting my surname only, it rejected my checkin and needed a "human" to help !!...Not as user friendly as what I expected and thought ??!"

"Smaller rooms, especially washroom, but very nice staff, clean, lots of self serve toiletries, rooms a bit hot even with AC on. "

"Fantastic location - 3 minute walk from subway/train station, McDonald’s just 2 minutes outside, attached shopping. Room décor very outdated. Nice firm bed but space design not very smart. No drawers whatsoever to store stuff. From our room on 39th floor, the view of Yokohama city is wonderful "
