"I did not like trying to get to the hotel which is situated on the grounds a public university. One entrance from a main Street was blocked off and you had to go find another one to get into it There is a big sign at this entrance to the university that points to you to the hotel and the GPS send you there. If they're not going to open that one access then they need to put a sign saying this side is closed and brief description of how to get to the property. Parking was terrible but all...

"Lovely staff even though we arrived at 2 in the morning! Restaurant staff very accommodating at breakfast - excellent buffet and cooked-to-order items too. All this whilst some major refurbishment taking place - well done to everybody there. "

"This is a motorway services hotel. The view looked out to the car park. That was fine and to be expected. The staff were super friendly and the room clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and a great sleep it provided. Will return."

"The guy at the reception was amazing me and my friend love him he was njce to talk to and make some jokes with. The rooms were sightly cold especial that the bed by a window that isnt properly secured so you coukd feel cold wind, luckily there was warm air conditioning available. "

"Upon arrival told a fault on the Expedia booking system had double booked the room. They had no room available for us. I have not yet received a refund for the £105 paid at the time of booking. Disappointing of Expedia. Staff at hotel very apologetic & helpful. "

"Rooms are basic but very clean and good size. Big car park. Institutional feel so not for romantic stays. No lift so not ideal if have mobility issues. Area very pleasant but very residential so not many shops etc nearby. Nice pub The Craddock Arms one minute walk away.. "

"Tt's basically a travellers place to stay for an evening or two I would say. Having said that, it's also a good location if you want to use it to explore the area by car. I found the reception fine, the small bar area was fine - but shock horror no Guinness. I booked two rooms, a double for me and my wife and a room, with single beds, for my daughter. Somehow that got reversed, so a bit more attention to detail. Both rooms were clean, fresh and functional. Huge bath in ours and good water...

"I thought it was ok, warm and clean in the room we were given. Currently no food option, but plenty of options locally."

"Had issues with the bath plug and shower temperature. Otherwise spot on, great location, terrific grounds, could not fault the service. Room handy for dogs and you can park outside. Overall we will return, and it is recommended."
