"We stayed in the Collingwood Suite and it was very comfortable. The bathroom was upstairs as you enter the suite, with the bedroom down the stairs. Stairs lit by small lights, very nice touch. The towels and robes were comfortable. For being a city centre hotel, it was very quiet, we heard no traffic through the night and the bed was cosy and comfortable. 
The only negative was that the tea and coffee making facilities are hidden in a cupboard, i initially thought there was no milk as it was...
