"Lack of efficiency, we reached hotel early morning and noted early check in wasn’t allowed but front desk staff requested passport for registration and checking our reservation. This step was repeated again when we back in the evening time so kind of wasting time to do duplicate checking. It will be better just to check the reservation in the morning instead of asking passport for guest to leave the luggage at hotel only and do the proper process for check in in the evening"

"Check in was a bit strange. It was 'self-checkin.' Basically you used a kiosk, but a person spoke to you watching you from a camera. We initially came early to drop our bags and they just had us leave them with a few others in a completely unattended lobby. Felt a little sketchy.
