"I never received a check in email, so I had to call hotels.com the day of my check in, the hotel said they emailed but it was in no fodler including spam, so while we were on the phone they said they emailed it but they actually sent it through whatsapp, so clarity could have been better. The space was clean and well equipped, could use more flat srfaces to put things on in the bedroom and bathroom. The building was very loud, you can hear people wlaking and talking and the elevator going up...

"We spent two weekend nights, we were given room 407 which is right in front of a club and a alimentarios shop open all night. Noisy crowd all night till after 6am. I am sure the hotel knows about that problem. Expedia gold members or not, we felt we were downgraded; our stay in Madrid less enjoyable because of that"

"Close to the Barajas station to go to the airport. 2 blocks from the station. The bed was kind of hard and the room small but it is a great opción if you are just traveling. Not bad"

"It was a comfortable stay with friendly staff. The rooms are a bit small, especailly fora family and the bathroom is very small. But nothing really major to complain about. The proximity to the train station, the friendly staff and the comfortable staff make this a well recommeded place to stay."

"Exyremely convenient if you are spending a few hours or a short night at T4 Barajas. My room was as requested and staff were very nice. For the price it could offer a better breakfast, drinking water and shampoo. Area around the hotel not nice, did not feel very safe, more like areas around a railway station."
