"The service at this property has been extremely disappointing. They currently have one manager handling both Fairfield and Four Points Sheraton, which has resulted in the food service being combined—breakfast at the Four Points building and dinner at the Fairfield building. Because of this, the restaurant areas are poorly maintained; tables are often left unclean, and guests are made to wait just to be seated. There are clearly staffing and/or training issues. I ordered dinner around 5:00 PM...

"I stayed at this hotel recently and felt there is good potential, especially given its convenient and central location. The overall cleanliness and maintenance, particularly in the bathroom, could be improved, as issues like water seeping onto the floor and limited hand towels affected comfort during the stay.The staff were courteous, but some processes could be better organized.
