"Great service, and excellent hotel. All the staff were helpful from people to help with luggage, reception and house keeping. Good location great room. Only negative is breakfast - provided by third party restaurant in the attached mall. It was ok, staff there were very helpful, not perhaps quality that I would expect from an otherwise excellent place."

"There is a strong musty smell the moment the lift open on the 7th floor. The safe didn’t work.
At 11.15pm and I was still wide awake, The loud music downstairs is still banging away. The noise level is insane. It’s impossible to get any sleep. I am staying in the seventh floor and it is so loud you can feel the vibration. "
