"Clean, tidy and helpful staff "

"This is an excellent option for a traveller on a budget. The location in the center of Cardiff is super convenient and very close to the train station. I only stayed one night and unfortunately was unable to connect to the hotel's wifi. I am unsure if this is an ongoing issure or simply bad luck. It was not something vital for me during my single night stay, especially as I had excellent cellular reception. However, I would be remiss in not mentioning it for any travellers that rely on hotel...

We had some awesome chats with lewis in particular during our short stay and can see hes destined for big things in his life! "First the bad bits-its past history as an hostel clearly shows, especially when you notice staff only inhabit the property, thrice daily before leaving, causing mess to linger for upto six hours. "Near the town centre so very handy for a night out The bar in the hotel closed at 9 so had to go to town anyway and couldn’t use bar earlier as there was a private party there Well worth the money and will definitely go there again in the future "

"The staff are excellent, always keen to help. The location is stunning. The place offers excellent self catering accommodation with a nice dining area. The lounge could be bigger with more chairs should you want to watch TV. The WiFi, although available in the communal areas, wasn't great but I believe it's a problem in the area. "I enjoyed our four night stay, in particular the bed was comfortable, everything worked, quiet so a good sleep, breakfast good too. The owner was friendly. There was a group of musicians just playing folk and other acoustic to each other on one night which was excellent.
