"We stayed here recently as it is one of our favourite hotels in Calgary. The spacious rooms and bathroom are marvellous and designed for the convenience of the guest. There is also a lovely restaurant in the hotel. Our only complaint was that we could not turn the room temperature down to what we like at night (which is a cooler room) as the thermostat wouldn't go below a certain temperature. That said, we were able to open the window which made a difference. This hotel is centrally located and you can't get a more convenient shopping and dining location. Highly recommend. "

"The room door doesn’t close without literally body slamming it shut and all night you will hear other guests doors slamming shut. There was tape on the pipes under the bathroom. I paid over two hundred and fifty dollars for one night. And heard yelling outside the room all night. The rooms are no where near sound proof. There was a stain on the sheets. "

"The rooms are dated but surprisingly clean. Staff were helpful. We didn’t see the pool so can’t comment there. Free parking. "

"The Westley is a wonderful place to stay in Downtown Calgary. The rooms are clean and modern. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Crystal. The onsite restaurant serves a wonderful breakfast. Prices were reasonable too. It was the perfect place to dine when a lot of places in town were full as it happened to be Mother's Day."
