Staff was very nice and friendly. A little cautious about booking here because of the communal bathroom, but it worked out fine. Room was large and spacious. Parking access was very convenient.

We loved staying here. Check in was a really easy process, rooms were clean, we had a balcony and were above the cutest coffee shop. The staff was friendly, but the cafe ordering system was really confusing. Another thing is the bathrooms are shared between three rooms. It was only a problem once, but honestly we were rarely there so it wasn’t a big deal. Ultimately this was a great place to stay!

This was a great place for my family of 4. We had a very big room with two large beds and a cute little balcony. Great location with tons of public transportation nearby. We were a little concerned about the shared bathroom but it was very nicely organized with one bathroom for 5 rooms. We had no issues there and if our bathroom was bus (which happened maybe twice) we could use the bathroom of the section nearby. The bathroom was very clean and the water was hot. It was a little noisy by the park across the street in the early night but it quieted down quickly. They have a full restaurant/cafe downstairs which is pretty busy. We had dinner there once and was pretty good. Staff was fantastic. All around a great stay!

The hotel was great, especially with the balcony, and the little restaurant below was so pretty. The only thing was that around the area, close to night time specifically, there were a decent amount of sketchy drinkers, especially across the street at the park, but there was also a police patrolling.

I stayed in multiple places and this is the first to offer good hospitality. They let me in early, the checkin was quick and nice. Room was clean and had water which i really appreciate. Nice location across from a park; large rooms compared to any other we stayed at in NYC, Prague, and Verbier, and a balcony; the furnishings looked “vintage,” but all good and gave the room a lot of character; the cafe downstairs was great all day for delicious food and at night for a drink; my husband and son raved about the coffee; everyone who worked there was super friendly and helpful. Out room had a shared bath but it was fine — kept very clean, and because only one or two other rooms used it, we never had to wait. I think they do have rooms with private baths, tho, if one prefers. All in all, if we are ever in Zurich again, would love to come back.

Perfect location as a home base for exploring Zurich and the surrounding areas. The cafe/bar on the main level was great and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. They do have paid parking spots available but the train station wasn’t too far. The room was spacious and clean- the bathroom is shared by 3 rooms but we never ran into issues with it being available when we needed it. Many restaurants close by and a few small markets. Our stay was perfect!

The hotel is easy to reach and close to public transport. The room was spacious and updated and we were pleasantly surprised with chilled waters upon arrival. The beds were comfortable. We traveled during a very hot day/night and the lack of AC made the room warmer than we’d prefer but that’s just a personal preference. There was a fan available which helped a lot. We had an overall great stay and loved the accessibility to major tourist sites.

This place is much more than just a place to stay. It’s a place to hang out and socialize. Bring your friends and listen to live music, play cards, or just chill. Have some beers, eat something and stay a while. Bring your baby during the day and let her/him rest while you relax and read a book. The staff is wonderful, the food is good, and the atmosphere can’t be beat!

The staff was very nice and greeted us well. But this property did not work well for our family. We were not aware of the shared bathroom with the rest of the rooms offered in our quarter. We also were so hot in the morning from the rising sun in room 42. I wouldn’t recommend this property if you have a family and need a bathroom in your room. Thanks for a welcoming greeting.

It was a great hotel considering the price. Check-in was easy and friendly staff stored our bags before our check-in time. Super clean and cozy. One con is the road can be really loud, especially when the tram goes by (we woke up because of it multiple times). The only other con I have is that we shared a bathroom with two other rooms. I wasn’t aware we would be doing this, maybe I just didn’t read the property description close enough, but my group of four never encountered any of the other guests so it was never a problem.
