We stayed at EMA hotels during the last few days of our trip. The front desk was professional and courteous. The in-room breakfast was prompt and delicious. Rooms were clean, quiet, and incredibly spacious. The in-unit washer/dryer worked surprisingly very well and the all-in-one function was quite convenient if you’re on the go. Bring your own detergent if you expect to have a lot of laundry. They provide a small complimentary pack of detergent for the first wash. The bus stop is located just around the corner and only two stops away from Zurich HB train station. The only quirk was the bathroom as the walls and door were frosted glass. Ok for couples I assume, but for siblings it was a bit awkward. The AC worked well and was mostly silent. House keeping comes around 10-10:30am so if you’re still eating breakfast they’ll ring the doorbell to ask if you need cleaning.

Very high quality property, better than it looks in ads. We stayed Ina family suite. Lovely, spacious room, location is central to many things, right on the tram line. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Spacious lodging for 2-night visit.

Room was very nice and spacious but finding it was a nightmare as we walked from the train station. Had we ignored Google maps and crossed the river at the station but we went through the park and approached from the back. Staff was helpful but not present overnight. Breakfast is served in the room. Two good restaurants nearby.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite with kitchen. Great space with TV in living room, 3 beds and 1.5 bathrooms. Washing machine was also helpful. Beds were comfortable and pillows were fluffy. Nice view from living room windows overlooking Zurich. Convenient access to trams outside front door. Close to main Zurich train station. Recommended.

Great size room, staff were amazing!! Awesome location to the train station, which made exploring Switzerland fantastic! Part of the reason we stayed was for the washer/dryer. Unfortunately the dryer took hours to dry clothes. Other than that, would absolutely stay here again!!

We really enjoyed this property. It's set up like an executive apartment, with kitchen. Lots of room for our family of four with a fold out couch in living room, roll away bed, and king in separate bedroom. Might have been most comfortable bed I slept in during weeklong trip.

The stay was comfortable. The apartment was so nice and huge and enough to fit 6 people though it says for 5 pax. The breakfast was sent to the room which was good with good varieties even is set. But we had additional 1 teen child and enough to fit in the room and even we requested for consideration to charge additional 1 pax to the same room (as family we prefer to be in same room), it was denied and asked to take another room. What to do as that was their policy.

I simply love everything about the EMA. It’s easy to get too. The price wasn’t bad. Very clean. What I like most is the size. You pay hundreds of dollars to stay in closets in most major city. Not this hotel. The staff were great. I spent a week at the hotel. My return flight was canceled and the airline put me up at a hotel. Because I had stayed at EMA, that hotel was disappointing. I sat on the bed, rebooked a night Ema and left. That’s says a lot.

One night stay

We stayed one night here and had a positive experience overall. The staff who assisted us upon check in was very helpful and patient while responding to all of our questions. We had a long drive from Adelboden to Zurich and were tired. The staff member gave us time to refresh and then assisted us with restaurant recommendations. We wanted an Italian Resturant and loved our meal at Santa Lucia close by the hotel. Loved that there were enough towels and toiletries for everyone kids included. Breakfast was served on time which worked well for us as we needed to head to airport after. We liked the variety offered. The only issue we had was the difficulty locating the hotel parking which added to the length of our drive. I would recommend that travelers request this information in advance - the staff were helpful and responded to us immediately and guided us before then we had made more than one round to try and locate the parking. Loved that they had a bag weight device which saved us the hassle of having to check this at the airport.
