The property was neat and clean however, initially we had some difficulty in locating the property. Tram station is just 700 meters away which is a bonus. I loved the place overall.

Everything was absolutely fantastic. I met one of the house keepers and I spoke to a several of staff members they were very helpful and polite. The only thing that needs adjusting is the door it would be nice if there’s a safety chain inside as I am a solo female traveler and things like this makes me feel safer. But overall it was a wonderful experience. Thanks to airport Zürich staff.

Internet didn't work for us because our foreign phones couldn't receive the sms msg required to connect to wifi. A suggestion would be to offer WhatsApp to send the sms msg like they do in some other Switzerland hotels. Also saw a bug on our bed. Not sure if it was a bedbug or crawled in from outside.

This is a nice modern spacious place but too many flaws. There is a balcony but its in the direct sun all day so you cant even have the curtains open as the place heats up like an oven. No a/c not even a fan. Was miserable. Also the wifi directions are lacking so you have to contact the guy & wait for him to get back to you. Worst of all no microwave.

The property does not respond through Expedia or their own app. We tried the several contact options they provided and never heard back. This is a room in a residential apartment in a not so great area. The room itself was clean and looked nice. The main issue is a woman keyed into the room at 8pm, looked surprised to see us, claimed to be house keeping, and ran out. She had no cleaning supplies and it was late, so we were uncomfortable. I stayed up through the night and let my wife sleep because we felt very unsafe.

Unfortunately i cant give a high rate to the owner and the expedia, in the listing it was mentioning that the property has laundry, but we realised later that there is common shared washing machine in -1 floor that works with clins only, for someone coming from other europe and not having swiss franc coins ut was hard to get coins to make the machine working, we troed to contact the owner they said they will bring coins and detegent never happened expedia didnt realyy help as well

The double bed was made up with a sole single duvet, which seemed unduly mean spirited for a two-person occupancy and contributed to a really poor sleep experience. It's important to note that the apartment has no air conditioning. The TV didn't work (HDMI unplugged error message and it wasn't obvious how to fix it). The apartment seemed cleanish, but I found one cockroach climbing up the net curtains. Apart from this, the apartment is well fitted out and furnished. The location is a noisy if the windows are open. The apartment is slightly hard to locate from the bus stop. Better to stay in Winterthur for easier-to-access, better value options near ZRH or Zurich.
