"This is a perfect hotel to stay in Rosebank - it is conveniently connected to the Rosebank mall through a short covered walkway so easy access to all restaurants, shops and cinemas in Rosebank (everything you could need in one place) Our check in was so friendly and easy , and a lovely feeling in the reception of the hotel, they have a very relaxed helpful vibe. I can highly reccomend the hotel and would chose to stay anytime i am in South Africa"

"The Four Seasons Westcliff was our first stop upon arriving in South Africa, where we met up with family and friends who reside in Johannesburg. We were warmly greeted at check-in by Precious the process was very smooth. Very much appreciated after flying for over 30 hours from California. Our room was very well appointed with welcome treats provided. We ate all our meals over the course of two days here, and were looked after very well by Atli and Sethi at breakfast, and Zizi at Flame...

"Alcohol free hotel so be aware. Staff lovely and rooms well appointed. I have had hot water issues on the last two visits and the lack of a fridge in the room is a pain. Breakfast service can be slow. Would recommend due to location and staff."

"Bring your own wash cloths. There are mice outside running on the property so get used to that. Staff was friendly. The cleaning crew will open the door after a soft knock so be prepared. They change sheets mon, wed, friday. I would not stay here again but it may be a place for others to stay. The mall is within walking distance. That's a plus. Decent neighborhood. "

"Located within leafy, quiet residential area, and short walking distance (2-3 blocks) to nice restaurants, upscale supermarket, ATM, pharmacy and even a Starbucks reserve with a nice shaded patio."
