"Disappointing stay. I’ve stayed at Palihouse before and expected much better, especially for the price. My room faced a very busy street and the noise from traffic, buses, and people outside went on all night due to very thin windows. What was most frustrating was the lack of empathy or solutions from staff. when I asked for a fan or white noise option, I was told to go buy one at CVS. Service felt dismissive and unaccommodating, and overall the experience did not match the boutique luxury standard I expected."

"The concierge let us make a late check in, he made us feel welcome and helped us to a smooth paperwork process. He found us a convenient parking spot. The bed was so soft and it made me fall sleep right away. You guys have amazing sheets and comforters, I felt sleeping on a cloud literally. Great location too. I had a really good experience at this hotel"

"It's just loud..If you can't relax or sleep due to constant street and hotel 🛏️ noise? What's the point, and this place isn't cheap for what it is. I also don't need 100$ bottles of liquor in my mini bar. Beer and soda would have been nice, but they go full bougie."

"Very nice, clean and spacious room, with lovely decor. Convenient location. There is a kitchenette, but it has no plates, cutlery, cooking utensils etc. we asked for the kitchen kit, and only received 3 plate, 3 bowls and 3 sets of cutlery, when there were 5 guests registered. The kitchenette was part of the reason for choosing the hotel, but we couldn’t use it without cooking utensils. The sofa bed was not made up when we arrived, and we had to ask for bedding and do it ourselves. Not great when arriving late at night with children. Aside from these inconveniences, it was an otherwise pleasant stay. "

"Very noisy experience. A/C made loud clicking sounds on/off, disturbing sleep. Loud noises in the hallway and adjoining rooms also made it hard to sleep. Despite having pre-paid, staff took 15+ minutes to complete check-in."

"This hotel is very outdated and staff were not welcoming. When I checked in(after a 6 hour flight), the first thing that the receptionist "STRESSED" was that there was a $300 deposit for incidentals as if I was not aware of this. It was rude and had very bad energy surrounding it. The second issue I had was that they checked me into a room facing the HVAC systems on the rooftop. When asked to switch rooms, I was told they were "fully booked" - yet there were rooms showing available online. It was a very unpleasant stay and I'd never book here again."
