I truly enjoyed everything about Hotel Romantica. It is in an excellent location, the rooms have everything you need and are comfortable and the owners were fantastic and helpful. I strongly recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful place. We loved it!!! Very convenient to everything in Zermatt, very quiet at night, and the garden was absolutely beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer. If you stay here you will not be disappointed in any way!

Hotel Romantica is a gem! It's so cozy and charming!! The blooming front garden is well attended with love and care; room is clean and functional with great amenities; the view from the balcony is awesome; breakfast is excellent... It is not only quiet but conveniently located, only a minute's walk down to the main street with tons of restaurants and shops. The couple owners are welcoming and friendly, introduced us to various fantastic hikes and places to see, and provided us with free hotel shuttle to the train station. I highly recommend Hotel Romantica and will certainly go back next time in Zermatt!

What a wonderful whimsical hotel. So many cute decorations and the garden was gorgeous. Centrally located in the village. Thor (the owner) was wonderfully helpful by providing his favorite places to eat. We went to both suggestions and they were great. Thor also gave recommendations on how to best utilize our time in Zermatt and help direct us to where the Matterhorn goats typically roam nearby. Sadly, we missed them but it was a fun adventure regardless. Room is cute and very clean. Great water pressure and heat in the shower. We enjoyed a quiet and cool sleep with the windows open (August). Breakfast was lovely. I would happily stay here again.

The hospitality was outstanding. Everything about our stay was just as advertised. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and breakfast was delicious! Thor and Michele made everything easy and were always there for any quesitions we had about skiing, eating, and transportation. The perfect small hotel in a beautiful place. We'll be back!

Honestly could not fault this place. The staff, the rooms, the breakfast, the recommendations on what to do in the town - it was all incredible. Would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here when visiting Zermatt.

It's really a family owned and operated B n B, and they are wonderful. Great breakfast every morning and extremely helpful with guidance on Zermatt, from skiing to renting, to dining, to shopping. We can't wait to come back in the summer and stay there again

It’s in a perfect location. Walkable to a ton of restaurants but off the main drag so you have some quiet. Walkable to the train station and ski lifts. Beautiful Mountain views from the rooms!
