Close to the station and central shops/restaurants. Staff had perfect English & were very helpful. Key safe in reception clever & useful. Fantastic view of Matterhorn from sunny balcony. Only stayed one night, wish it could have been longer!

Great location- about an 8-10 minute walk to the Main Street, main train station and the Gornergrat station. About a 15 minute walk to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise gondolas. The hotel has great views of the Matterhorn and right at the river walk. I highly recommend this hotel.

Aside from the friendliness of the staff, the thing I liked best about Hotel Parkas was the amazing view of the Matterhorn from my balcony! The room was bright, clean, and very pleasant. Although there was not a refrigerator in the room, there was a refrigerator in the room downstairs. The staff was extremely accommodating. The hotel was also near the train station and the numerous shops I the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It included breakfast and was a good value for the price.

Super comfortable, friendly staff, great location. You can see the Matterhorn from the entrance of the hotel Rooms are clean and super comfortable. Breakfast is included and it has a really nice array of options. It’s 10 minutes walking from the train station but not on the main street so it’s very quiet. Definitely recommendable

Really enjoyed my stay here! Gentleman at the reception desk was very friendly and professional, as we were the rest of the staff. Was a great place nearby a lot of nightlife, the train, rental shops, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend it for the next person(s) looking to come out to Zermatt!

That VIEW!

We loved our stay! We were in a Mountain view room and that view of the Matterhorn was OUTSTANDING! The hotel staff was very friendly & helpful, and the peach pie that they had just made was delicious! I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Stay here!!!
