"The room was very small, which made our stay a bit challenging, especially with my 87-year-old mom. The breakfast quality was good, but the dining area was often overcrowded. "The room was much smaller than what it was stated in the listing. It don't look like 30 sq m. It was not soundproof. You can hear people talking, walking, closing the door outside. The rooftop restaurant was closed so breakfast was at ground floor."

"Very clean good staff breakfast excellent very close to shop area"

"We stayed at the Swissotel Living as we had booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was located in the same building but it was very limited. The apartment needed major maintenance. The AC units were not working properly, and the bathrooms were not very well maintained. Shower head was broken and the toilet accessories and amenities were not working properly. The hotel overall is in a great location and the staff were lovely."

"The apartment was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the roof top bar is special. The staff were so lovely and friendly: we have stayed in many hotels and this was the best service we’ve ever received. We travelled with our baby and my mother and they were so considerate of both. We had a little incident which ended up in hospital - but they made us feel safe and were great in an emergency. I would definitely recommend."
