"The staff were fantastic—always helpful, friendly, and ready to assist. The rooms were clean and well kept. For a four-star hotel, one might expect softer pillows; unfortunately, the ones provided were quite large and the filling inside them felt lumpy and knotted. The bedsheets were also somewhat worn and torn. There were a few other minor issues: the bathrobes were worn and rather small, even for my wife who is slim, and there was no soap dish in the bathroom. The swimming pool could also benefit from some maintenance, as the hanging lights and electrical connectors under the water didn’t feel particularly reassuring. Overall, the experience was excellent, and any shortcomings were more than made up for by the truly lovely hotel staff."

"Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean. Food beautiful and staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if I am ever back in Krakow. Very handy to trams for transport into the city/train station in Krakow. Didn't use leisure facilities so can't comment on them. "

"First of it’s not a Hotel. It’s a Motel! The lobby looks nice on the picture. The entrance to the rooms are directly from the outside. They had us go to the second floor with the luggage. No elevator or any assistance.We had to carry heavy luggage up the stairs to the second floor. Rooms are very small. We were not able to stay in this room. Also the room was cold. I do not recommend that stay! "

"The Hotel was great; very quick and pleasant check in. The waitresses serve me a drink even they just closed the bar. The room was clean and spacious with a kettle for hot drinks. Their breakfast was excellent but they cold have more coffee machines as there was a queue. The hotel is close to airport so it is ideal to sleep over there for morning flights from Kraków. "

"Overall, a good “value “ property . Room was clean ( although dated ) , breakfast was fresh ( although limited selection). Staff were friendly and parking was great. "
