"The hotel is just absolutely beautiful. The room was clean but the tea kettle that was in there was not. It hasn't been used in some time so it had dust and dead bugs inside it. Just went and got dishwashing liquid and washed it. The staff there is very friendly and kind. would highly recommend this for a vacation. The breakfast they served was also amazing."

"Sehr schönes, sauberes sowie ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit einem tollen Restaurant, welches gute Speisen anbietet. Optisch nett anzusehen des Hotel mit gemütlicher Gartenanlage. Ein Plus sind auf jeden Fall die kostenlosen Stellplätze für s Auto.Nette saubere Zimmer. Immer wieder gerne."

"All I can say is that we’re very proud and happy to stay here for the rest of our holiday one week here in Krakow in this good hotel 🥰all the services will come to us in a very special place and unforgettable experience ❤️🙏❤️Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity to be with you all the staff especially your amazing team and the breakfast is always great🥰"

"Good location and nice decor. Soft towels and pillows. Only downside was that the windows don't open and the room was too warm even on the lowest a/c setting."

"Perfect place to stay if you are visiting krakow. Not to far away from the centre so easy to get to but far enough away that you are not dealing with massive amounts of people with your stay. With in the pick up points for day tours. Food here was the best part as it was so fresh and well made."

"La chambre est bien , la sdb est un peu petite. Le petit déjeuner est de bonne qualité mais pas très varié et la salle est tres bruyante."

"Nette kamer en hotel. Ik miste koffiekoeken bij het ontbijt. Hotel iets van de grote markt. Wij hebben het altijd te voet gedaan, maar je kon ook de tram nemen."

"Everything was generally good, but I was surprised that the carpets in the hallways and room were so dirty. The breakfast was really good. The parking adjacent to the hotel was excellent. Beds were comfortable."

"Very clean, breakfast lovely, pool, sauna, steamer on and hot tub amazing"

"Hotel was in good location, handy to the old town and the river. Some good eateries nearby, we went to Cafe Paris and the Tasty Beast. Room was good size, bathroom clean with good shower. Don’t be relying on the hairdryer tho, it lasts about 1 minute before cutting out. Room had a bit of a musty smell but we didn’t complain as we arrived at midnight and wanted to get to bed. Plus we weren’t in the room that long. We didn’t eat in hotel but had a few drinks in the bar. We were given a free bottle...

"Super clean hotel, breakfast was really filling with loads of options. Staff were helpful, and there was water access on the floor."

"Modern building within walking distance to the Old Town!"

"Clean and well maintained. Staff helpful. Excellent location for ICE conference centre"

"We loved our stay from start to finish, beautiful little hotel and helpful staff, breakfast was lovely for the price. Rooms were clean and well looked after. Walking distance to square, would stay here again."
