"We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was a good size, comfortable beds & a great shower. We couldn't see much sky out of our window, which was a bit disappointing. However, it was great to have access to a water cooler on each floor. Would recommend."

Eveything is within walking distance , restaurants, shops and even public transport links very easy Hotel room was amazing and just perfect Amazing staff who helped us massively, by booking a trip to Auschvitz and Birknau for us as we thought there was no availablity , luckily due to the staff member we were able to go. I couldn’t recommend this place enough"

"Location excellent. Staff pleasant, but did not find answers to queries on dietary requirements. Noisy rooms on street side. Air-conditioning poor - hot rooms. Did not have breakfast or dinner at hotel. Would return, but would require quiet room."

"Very nice clean room, bed was comfortable. We had a nice room with a view. Breakfast was good quality but not to our taste, great if you like salad and cake. Good location, trams and buses right outside. A bolt taxi to the airport was just under £10"
