"Stayed in a separate room with children. The room was a little old but clean and comfortable. We didn't have to worry about the noise from the children because it was a separate room. There was a private hot spring bath, which was very nice. The food was very tasty and there was more than we could eat. The staff were all very kind, friendly to the children, and the service was excellent. All in all, the hot spring resort exceeded my expectations and I would like to return. Thank you very much."
"An interesting mix of retro western with Japanese style onsen and gardens, this hotel offers rooms with huge, king size beds. We opted for the kaiseki dinner, and they were able to accommodate even though we didn’t reserve it at the time of our booking. The meal was excellent with a range of courses. We drove here, but it looks to be a 20 minute walk from the charming parts of Yufuin"

"We had an emergency with our toddler and had to go to the hospital. The staff were outstanding and helped us every step of the way. This was old school service and we were made to feel like more than just guests. We were made to feel like family.
