It was late, we were tired and this location was close. Check in was no problem, went quick. The room we were given had a few issues so we notified the young man at the front desk and he set us up with another room. This room was much better. Don’t always sleep well in hotels, usually the bed is the culprit, but slept well that night. Felt rested when I got up. All and all it was a good stay.

One set of towels for two people.

Check in was fine, however the place looked tired and dirty. Elevator floor filthy! Bathroom dirty, One wash cloth, bath, hand towel for two people. There were not any tissues in the tissue box. I will say the bed was very comfortable. Place needs a good overall cleaning and more attention paid to details.

You get what you pay for

The pros: room had plenty of space, the TVs worked, and the beds were clean. The staff were very nice and accommodating with the need for extra towels. However. The whole place needs an update and deep cleaned. The shower/tub knob stuck, there was not a lot of hot water, there was hair in the tub, the carpets were sticky, the hallway ice dispenser did not work, and breakfast was unavailable "due to construction".

The elevator, exterior and entry area were not very well maintained. The room, however, was clean and comfortable. Unusable coffeemaker and there was a window screen propped against the refridgerator. The bar does not belong to the hotel but it is attached and was a friendly fun Mexican restaurant Sir Jalapenos. The service there was great and thr food was as well. I dont believe the hotel has an operating pool. Inexpensive and convenient.

The lovely young woman at the front desk was very accommodating for check-in and check out. She let us check in early and was very understanding about our inadvertently late check out. The room was equipped with everything we needed, including a nice little mini-fridge, though the overall decor was quite dated. Given the neighborhood, I’m surprised I felt as safe and comfortable as I did there! If you’re in the area and absolutely have to stay, this place is your best choice without a doubt.

The facilities are terribly outdated and filthy! No swimming pool like stated on website and no breakfast was provided even though it stated so…. I wouldn’t have eaten there anyway though. The lobby, elevators and corridors are filthy. My room was cleaner than I had to expected, however. It wasn’t perfect, but it wasn’t as dirty as the public areas.

The area is super-sketchy. A few groups of young men loitering in the parking lot staking out cars. The hotel is old, and in need of repairs. However, the staff was friendly and they clearly try to clean.

Just ok.

for the most part it was clean. In our room the air didn't work so we had to open the window for fresh air. The entire floor smelled of marijuana both nights. The room was clean. They never had decaf coffee. But there is a restaurant right next door and across the street.

Need major renovations

Checked in and was assigned to room which smelled like urine and had a huge urine stain in middle of bed. Went back to front desk and was reassigned to another room which had door wide open and window open. Pool and exercise room were closed and overall condition of hotel was Terrible. One bright spot was front desk who was courteous, friendly and helpful. Overall very disappointed.

Great location. No long-term maintenance done. Almost looks abandoned. Weeds grown up all the way around building. Exterior siding filthy and interior carpet had foot worn paths almost to black. Breakfast very meager and not fresh, egg & sausage patties hard around the edges. Air conditioner so loud that I couldn't even hear the television.

I checked in with my son and was given a single bed with jacuzzi; when i wanted to change to two bed they charged me, which i was not willing to pay but when we get to the room one of the beds was broken. Not friendly at all

My husband and I have been staying at this location for the past 3 weeks. I haven't had time to do any reviews until now. Every visit I've had to clean the shower/tub out from previous hair. This visit i had to clean the shower/tub. Our bed sheets had cigarette burns. The refrigerator didn't have a knob on it to adjust the temperature so all of pur beverages were frozen this morning. We stay there because the rates are good and the last minute availability has really helped us with my mother being ill.

Stay away this place is horrible

It was the worst!! First they gave me a room that was already occupied then they gave us a room with one hand towel and one body towel and no wash cloths and when I asked for more they said the cleaning staff had not came in yet and when they get there they’ll bring some more but they never came. Good thing my fiancé had taking a shower already so I just showered with what I had. Then I called down the next day to get wash cloths and towels and was told the same thing I was told the day before and still haven’t received them so I ended up buying my own from Wal-Mart and the elevator and hallways were junky the room had cobwebs all in the corner and the picture on the wall had dust all over it. The only good thing about the place was the pillows were comfortable and the shower was nice and hot and clean but the bathroom sink was clogged up. I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody but not even a stray animal.
