Room was dirty on arrival. Dried old food on phone, chairs and table. Carpet was stained and room had an odor. Front desk changed our room, second room was average. The pool area was not maintained well on deck, along with hot tub broken with yellow tape around. We called the day before to book and see if everything was working with a response of yes.
