"The hotel staff is limited considering the number of guests at the two Hilton properties that are managed on that site (Hampton/Homewood). We could not figure out how to turn off the lights of the kitchenette area. Although we reported it and a person came, he was unable to turn it off. He mentioned that he would return and he did not. "Well maintained property with everything we needed in a location close to Oak Brook Mall. Lots of restaurants close and close to tollways. Staff was excellent. Rooms a little run down, but well maintained."

"No microwave in room a very dirty microwave in hall side door was broken so anyone had access to hotel room area at any time of day or night pool area was not well maintained but the people who worked there were all nice and the room was okay though small."

It would've been perfect if we came later for Halloween. I'm dealing with a chronic illness. I wanted to lessen the stress without going to a luxurious hotel. I won't file a claim. Just save money for housekeeping or room...
