"One of the nicest hotel staff I have ever encountered. First time in Tokyo so I was nervous but everything was great. So friendly and they had a great breakfast bar. I would definitely recommend!"

"The hotel has so many convenient options for travelers with families. First, there is a free shuttle to/from the Narita Airport, 7-11 is a 10-min. walk away, and the rooms have everything you need. For us, that meant 4 beds. There’s even a pool and breakfast buffet, which we may try next time. My family and I are were very impressed. And yes, there is a next time because going into Narita Airport is something we plan to do again! Highly recommended!"

"It is a very good option at a reasonable price for a stay near the airport. The airport shuttle is easy to find. I wish I had known about the breakfast buffet in the other side of the hotel, but I only found out after having had the lighter breakfast in the side I was staying in."
