Rooms are small by U.S. standards but big enough for one person. It was clean, mostly quiet & had everything i needed. Double refers to bed size, not room size. Totsuka is less crowded than Kawasaki & Yokohama. Good food across the street & a shopping mall next door. You can access the train station thru the mall. Me happy.

The staff was consistently helpful and courteous and the room was very clean and comfortable but we chose the wrong type of room -- with 2 twin beds which left much less room around the beds; we should have chosen a room with one double bed. Sure, the bathroom was small by American standard but was not small by Japanese standard -- it was just fine. Their Japanese breakfast was wonderful with things that we can't prepare easily in the States. We also made many cups of tea (green & black) using free tea bags from the front desk. The hotel is only a few steps from the train station-mall so it was very convenient to take the train, eat & shop including food stuff. We had a very good stay.

This is very close to the station which is extremely convenient. Great hotel, except we accidentally booked a smoking room, which is fine but just be aware of that. Overall great, clean, amazing food near by! :)

Convenient location, staff helpful. Will def stay here again. In fact I am trying to book a room here right now as we speak. Yokohama and Yokohama station is a quieter version of Tokyo, if one wants to get the Japanese experience without the insanity of Tokyo.

Clean and comfortable. Front desk was very helpful when sending our luggage by takkyubin. We had the hot, homemade, Japanese style breakfast every morning which was very good.

Thr room is clean and spacious for such room in Japan. The location is not bad if you mainly staying in Kanagawa, very close to Totsuka JR station ( It's a bit far from Tokyo). Breakfast is fine and comfortable. Nothing really outstanding ( in a good way), and overall a comfortable stay.

Took a while to locate the lift entrance but is acceptable. Staff are very helpful and politely. Room is clean and not smelly even we booked a smoking room, enough space for two adults. Had a very precious time living here. We do recommend everyone to stay in this hotel and we definitely will come back someday. Last but not least, transport are good here, very near the JR station ‘totsuka station’ which have ‘Tokyo-ueno line’ and other line heading to serval hotspot like Tokyo,Yokohama , ofuna.
