The price point was great for a last minute trip. Check in was easy and hands off from any interaction from the staff. I will say a plus is being in the middle of china town so you can walk right into the mix of things. Not far from parks and other shopping malls. I would stay here again.

Excellent location. Confort was good for Japanese standards but a little bit stretched for ours. Contact with humans was scarce. Supplies were sufficient and room and premises were always clean.

It was a convenient stay, since it was a last minute booking. Although the condition of the place was not so great. The A/C unit was cracked and they had band aids over the cracks. Also there was a weird smell too. It wasn't terrible but I wouldn't stay there again.

After one hour of checking into our room and laying on the bed, I began to start to itch and felt like I was getting bit by something. I discovered there were bed bugs in our bed and immediately went down to the front desk for a refund due to our disbelief at the dirtiness of the rooms to have bed bugs. The manager came up and inspected the room and then said they cannot refund, but they would change the room. No way I was going to stay in any room at this unsanitary hotel. It was the worst hotel experience of my life and I wasted $65 to get bit by bed bugs for one hour!! Please stay away from this Hotel chain, they are not worth it at all.
