"Adequate room very clean but no breakfast."

"No elevator wi"

"Very basic bed to sleep in prior to early morning flight. Tiny bathroom, small room, squeaky floor - this was not holiday accommodation but fine for what we needed."

"Great stay. Lovely clean rooms with great views. Very nice breakfast and friendly and helpful host. And pub with good food (and prices) just a stone's throw away. Would highly recommend."

"Staff were vthe best breakfast was amazing"

"I loved the property. It was probably more space than I needed, but great to have a kitchen. Also it was very convenient to the train station and the city center. It was quiet and very comfortable bed."

"We had a lovely stay! The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout. The location was great, and the apartment was lovely – comfortable, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. We would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"Comfortable and clean room, felt very cosy. Only downside to the stay was noise from the street below until the early morning which we hadn't experienced at previous visits"

"Lovely comfy room Great Breakfast Fabulous location and Staff"

"Friendly, helpful staff. Great location!"

"Very good value for money. The hotel is in a great location and our stay was perfect. The staff were very helpful and we appreciated the complimentary upgrade"

"Hot tub was perfect, very relaxing. Rooms were clean and spacious and modern. Host was very helpful. "

"The property is in a good location for the First Arena Direct. The apartments are functional but lack character and warmth, they are very clinical. The air conditioning is awful and the bedroom was like a hot house, even with a fan on!!! That is in November! If I had been on my own I would have not stayed as there is no lock nor security bar on the back of the door, anyone with access to a key could come in and you would be none the wiser, until it is too late. I would not recommend for solo...

"I stayed here for one night when I was in Leeds working. The apartment was bigger and better equipped than I expected it to be, with some nice touches like high quality soaps etc. and a Nespresso machine with some proper Nespresso capsules! It was quiet and I slept well. The reception is only open for a limited time, and it is in a different building, which is not ideal with luggage, but it would certainly not put me off coming again."
