Everyday cleaning service and clean towels were making me feel so happy once I was back to my hotel room. Every day, 1 liter of complimentary Turkish mineral water was a simple, polite amenity. "We were able to check in prior to check in time. Room was very comfortable and bathroom was big. A daily bottle of water free of charge was provided. Breakfast staff and food were excellent. As the hotel is centrally located in the Taksim area, it is very walkable. Close to everything."

"This property is inaccurately advertised. The rooms aren’t rooms, they are glass boxes. I didn’t feel safe getting in and out of bed since the bed is so close to a glass divider instead of a wall. Beds are small, bedding is thin and poor quality, furniture is worn out in general, lighting is poor. The space isn’t even isolated/insulated from the exterior. You can smell anyone smoking outside and hear all the noise, both of which are constant. The property is listed to have laundry which means...
