"Very close to Hakata station which is a main hub. In-room laundry especially convenient. Everything was very clean. AC kept room cool and dry, but there is a humidifier if needed. Variety of free amenities. Nightgown provided. Appreciated the option to have towel changes only without housekeeping entering room or limited cleaning i.e. towel changes and garbage removal. Only downside is we could hear the shinkansen going by, but maybe that is just from our specific room/side of the hotel."

"The hotel overall is a 5*. Especially the front of house staff, Akbota. She spoke excellent English and provided top notch service. Very professional and knowledgeable! Always went over and above the call of duty and went back to our room to help me look for something I left behind after checking out. The hotel itself was very conveniently located. The onsen was nice. The aesthetics very zen and minimal (which was tasteful). The negatives are: 1. There was a strand of hair on the bathroom towel when we initially checked in so it definitely wasn’t ours. 2. The room was very small 3. They have what they deem eco-housekeeping. I’m fine with not changing the sheets daily. However they don’t make the bed nor wash the glasses But overall, the stay was very pleasant and again, kudos to Akbota!! "

"overall this hotel was excellent. We could smell smoke (cigarette) but we had a air purifier that helped the smell. We did not take advantage of the breakfast in the hotel since we had more options within walking distance. Staff was accommodating and friendly always offering their assistance."

"The staff at check in on the afternoon/evening of our arrival (19Oct) were excellent, very cheerful and helpful. The staff member who assisted us with a luggage transfer and check out on 20 Oct was also very pleasant and helpful to us. They should all be commended for their friendly service. "Well kept property both outside and inside the room. The comfort room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable bed. It included a small kitchen with a sink, stove top, microwave, kettle, rice cooker, knives, bowls, plates, cutlery and cups. Adjoining the shower/tub area was also a washer, bonus. The only hiccup was checking in which was resolved with a quick response thru email. Close to Hakata Station about 15 minute walk and all the usual convenience stores and eateries close by. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a very comfortable stay."
