Room was clean so can't fault them on that but it's a very dated hotel. It is okay just for sleeping in as the location is extremely convenient, right opposite Shin-Yamaguchi station so easy to get to locations such as Hagi Castle Town and Akiyoshido Caves. Free Breakfast was included but the offerings were basic in my opinion so I didn't go back after the first day.

It’s decent for a budget hotel. Stayed at the hotel for a night as was visiting a friend who lives at Yamaguchi and this property is a stone’s throw away from Shin-Yamaguchi. Loved that there’s a decent spread for breakfast (free with booking). The aircon in the room was very dusty and some mould in the toilet but as mentioned, decent for a budget hotel!

While the staff was friendly and helpful when a saw a large cockroach in my room, and they did change my room, I did not have a lot of confidence in the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast was substantial, considering it was complementary.

Close to jr shinyamaguchi

If you’re staying near shin yamaguchi, this is the hotel for you. Now I understand why it receives so much complements. First and foremost is the location. About 3 minute walk once you exit the station. Exit station, cross street, bam ! You’re there ! Room is more spacious than typical Japanese hotel. Property is well maintained and clean. The free breakfast sealed the deal. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much for breakfast. To my surprise, it had more options than I expected. It had a good choice of Japanese as well as western dishes. If in the yamaguchi area again, I will definitely come back.

did not live up to my expectations

I 've stayed here before and gave it a perfect 10the last time. This time it did not live up to my expectations. We love the hotel so much that I "wished" to extend it another 3 days. So in the original booking I was upgraded to a nicer room. Just because I "added an additional 3 days to my booking, they said the room was no longer available. I was willing to stay in my original upgraded room for the original booking period, and transfer over to the other room on the other days, but was told it was not possible. Also 2 e mails on seperate occasions have still gone unanswered to this day. The room we stayed in this time was not as well maintained as our first time. The proximity to the shinkansen station is fabulous as well as the free breakfest in the morning. I guess the bar was set to high from my first stay, which resulted in me not being being impressed this time.

新山口駅に徒歩数分のロケーションで、飲食店、お土産など便利です。 (コンビニ、スーパーも近い) スタッフさんが親切で安心感があります。 室内、浴室ともにキレイです。 個人的にはコンフォートさんのスムージーが大好きで、今回も美味しくいただきました。 九州から広島へ行く間の途中での滞在でしたが、ゆっくりできました！ リーズナブルな料金で快適です。

出車站過馬路就到飯店, 地理位置很優, 房間過小, 打開一個大行李箱就已經很蠻勉強, 飯店不是太新不敢將行李箱塞到床下怕有灰塵, 另一個只好架高, 被子看的出來洗過很多次上面有黑色棉粒, 早餐還行, 空調不能調, 隔音極差, 可能是離車站近+樓下有居酒屋的關係, 半夜2點多酒客大聲喧嘩的聲音清晰可聽, 吵到睡不著.
