"This is an old school honestly, but with nicely separated living spaces (shred bathrooms). Not squeaky clean, and a bit outdated…but human and not without charm. The owner is a super courteous dude. You may need a car as it is a few kilometers 40 minute walk from the train station. The payoff is the silence and chill vibes out here. I enjoyed my stay. "

When we went back to the main lobby, we had to wait in the lobby for over an hour before the staff got us a room. They did not provide updates either. They just asked us to wait. Any update they did provide to us was provided in Japanese and they clearly knew that I could not understand Japanese. "This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but it exceeds expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was exciting and delicious, and the decor was creative with plants, travel information, and themes of Okinawa.
