"Nice easy check in. Great ammenities on site"

"The one king bedroom apartment was an excellent choice. Great value for the size, which was a full size apartment. There is an outdoor space that was especially lovely. Extended my stay a few times. Staff is excellent at Quest Preston. Housekeeping and front desk. Very happy to assist with any needs or questions."

"The hotel was fully booked and some cleaning staff were on sick leave. We had to call them to clean up the room at 5 pm.! However, Ms.Pinky ( hotel manager) was very responsive and helpful. "

"Very helpful staffs and comfy beds. "

"I was in Melbourne for the Melbourne Marathon, and the staff went the extra mile to accommodate my post-race needs."

"We were so happy either our stay! It was our birthday and we received an upgrade to a beautiful groom with city views. Couldn’t have been more happy!"

Lastly, I asked for a late checkout and they advised I already had a late...

"Goed hotel, centraal gelegen op loopafstand van Southern Cross Station. Voorzien van alle gemakken en prima voor een paar dagen Melbourne. De kamer had iets schoner gekund, maar dat betreft vooral stof dichtbij de vloer. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt of de bar."
