"The lady working the desk was never trained properly she even said it was her first day and she was alone clueless what to do and she called management and he said he would show up at 6pm and didn’t show til after 7pm. I tried checking in from check in time from 4pm and waited 2.5 hrs while an elder man has been having issues for 6 hrs he said he been switched to 3 rooms in a day cause of issues. Besides that mess the rooms were poorly taken care of I walked in the room and it’s smelt musky the bed look like someone just got out of it but was made and the tv was still on there was no towels shams soap nothing was available or if it was it was unusable. The air filter in bathroom says change every three months but it’s looked like it’s never been changed it had black mold ever where. So if possible don’t stay at Americana inn located in pigeon forge worst experience ever "

"The only reason I’m giving this a poor rating and not terrible is because of the staff being so nice. Other than that the photos are very misleading. This place is dirty. The balconies are rusted, we had bed bugs on our box springs, and dead bugs on the floor. Major water damage and mold. Also noticed the elevator license was absent and the elevator felt like it was going to collapse at any moment."

"Property was nice and mostly clean. We had some broken TV stand doors in our room and there was plasticware left inbetween the wall and one of the beds. Our suite was spacious enough for 7 people and the double bathroom was very helpful with 5 kids. Housekeeping made the beds and refilled towels while we were out. Air conditioning worked very well; each room had its own thermostat. This place is very close to a lot of attractions and we could walk to many places. The Riverwalk Greenway behind the hotel is very useful to get to The Island and is only a short 20 minute walk. Take the free trolley halfway back from there..it will be needed after so much walking! The pool isn't too big, but it was big enough for little kids. Shallow end is 2ft with the deepest being 4ft. Towels and loungers are provided outside as well. The fitness center has many options for workouts if choosing to do that. Overall our stay was quiet and pleasant."

"Wonderful place to stay! The entrances to the rooms were all on the outside of the building, so a little noise if people passed by your room, but not bad! The rooms were super clean, and bathroom was beautiful! Bedding could use some updating, and mattresses were a medium comfort. Overall the place was clean and inviting, and that’s what matters! Also, pool and hot tub are open 24 hours. As someone who loves to swim and soak, this was the best feature! I will definitely stay here again when I’m in pigeon forge next"
